Jennifer Amoah is a dedicated and passionate midwife based at the prestigious Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Ghana. With a BSc and an MPhil in Midwifery, Jennifer combines academic excellence with years of hands-on experience to provide exceptional care to women throughout their reproductive journeys.
She is the founder of the Midwife Jennyysweet Foundation, a dynamic initiative committed to promoting maternal and reproductive health through education, advocacy, and community outreach.
Through the foundation, she runs impactful programs such as a Pregnancy School for expectant mothers, a Trying to Conceive (TTC) Support Page, and a Postnatal Education Page, offering essential guidance and support for women before, during, and after pregnancy.
Jennifer also leads the Pad of Hope Initiative, which delivers menstrual hygiene education and supplies to under-resourced communities, including Roman Catholic D/A School Natriku and Akuse Female Prisons in Ghana’s Eastern Region.
Known as @midwife_jennysweet on TikTok, Jennifer uses her platform to share engaging, evidence-based content that empowers aspiring midwives and educates the public on crucial maternal health topics. Her goal is to demystify midwifery and inspire a new generation of healthcare professionals.
